2. Our services

SolidBuiltLeads connects established deck builders with pre-qualified homeowners who have scheduled estimate appointments. We charge on a pay-per-appointment basis, meaning you only pay when a confirmed homeowner attends the scheduled estimate.

3. Eligibility

Our service is designed for professional deck construction companies with the capacity to fulfill estimate appointments. We reserve the right to decline partnerships that do not meet our qualification criteria.

4. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are booked through our calendar system. You are responsible for honoring the scheduled time. If a homeowner does not attend, our replacement policy, as described in your partner agreement, will apply.

5. Payment

Fees are based on completed, attended appointments as defined in your partner agreement. Payment terms, billing frequency, and refund conditions are set out in that agreement.

6. SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box on our application form, you agree to receive SMS messages from SolidBuiltLeads about your application, appointment confirmations, reminders, and related follow-up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Message frequency: varies, typically 1–6 messages per enquiry.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability.

7. Intellectual property
